3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of LandlordX, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property and tenant information.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding rental properties.
• Respect the privacy and rights of tenants and other users.
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

5. Rental Agreements

LandlordX facilitates the creation of digital rental agreements. Please note:

• We provide templates and tools for agreement creation, but we are not a party to any rental agreement.
• Users are responsible for ensuring agreements comply with local laws and regulations.
• We recommend consulting with legal professionals for complex rental situations.
• LandlordX is not liable for disputes arising from rental agreements created on the platform.

6. Payment and Fees

Regarding payments and fees:

• Some features may require a subscription or payment.
• All fees are displayed before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We may change our pricing with reasonable notice to users.
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the LandlordX platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of LandlordX and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LandlordX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by landlords, tenants, or other users.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
